Service Description

• During this programme of four workshops, you will: - Learn about sacred geometry and how you can use it for your own well-being. - Be guided through a series of creative exercises to reflect on your personal growth - Make art as a way to express yourself. - Have the opportunity to understand more about yourself, your feelings and thoughts. - Be able to safely explore your emotions and process them in a gentle yet powerful way. - Have access to your visual and sensory memories through creative expression. - Have the opportunity explore the symbology behind sacred geometry. - Be supported throughout the session. • Each workshop will be unique but it is planned as a progressive series of four. I’d recommend you to book the course of four sessions to truly immerse in the work which will propel you forward. • The first workshop will start on Tuesday 27th April followed by Tuesday 4th, 11th and 18th of May. • Take into account this is not an ‘art lesson’ it is a creative workshop to help you find a way to express and find a deeper connection within yourself. No previous knowledge or skills are required to participate. It is open to anyone interested in learning more about sacred geometry and your subconscious mind in a creative way. • During the session you will have time as well to ask questions and reflect on the work you did. • Once you confirm the booking, you will be sent an email with a Zoom link and a list with the materials you will need for the session.
